Go & Teach Christian Ministries, which is under the leadership of Pastor Christopher L. & Stephanie L. Kingdom. We are a non-denominational, inter-denominational, multi-cultural, Spirit-filled and Spirit led Ministry. Our parent church is the Christian House Of Prayer (Its All About Him Ministries), which is under the leadership of Pastor Valerie Holcomb.

History

Over the years, Pastor Chris came to know Bishop Nathaniel Holcomb as a man after Gods own heart, and he publicly submitted his leadership. Every since being under Bishops leadership, he has constantly heard a phrase that's truly become a part of his life. That phrase is "Its all about Him!" When the Lord gave the guidance to start this ministry, He could think of no better name for it than that phrase. As time went on, notice was given of a name change to Bishop's ministry. The Lord had placed it in his heart to change the name from Speak the Word ministries to Its All About Him ministries, the same name that Pastor Chris was using. As stated earlier, Pastor was submitted to Bishops leadership. Therefore, there was no problem with changing the name of this ministry.

Over time of seeking the Lord for a new name, many names had come to mind. Pastor considered the names, but was reluctant to choose one. Since he's been in Christ, he's learned that the name reveals the nature, and wanted the perfect name to express the mandate that God had placed upon his life concerning this ministry. On Thursday night, July 8, the Spirit of the Lord swept through our church like never before. The pastor at that time, Pastor Charles A. Johnson, chose not to intrude on the work of the Spirit, but to let Him have free course. Instead of preaching, he allowed a time of worship in the presence of the Lord. It was during this time that the Lord revealed the name of this ministry. That name was Go and Teach ministries.

When placing this ministry into his life, the first scripture that the Lord placed on Pastor Chris's heart was Hosea 4:6, where He said, My people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge; He then took me to II Timothy 2:15, where He said, Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. He further took him to Matthew 11:29, where He said, Take my yoke upon you and learn of me. After showing these scriptures, the Lord took Pastor to the final scripture for this ministry's foundation, which is Matthew 28:19-20. He there said, Go ye therefore and teach all nations Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you . This mandate to go and teach is the reason and basis for this ministry and it's name.

The mission of this ministry is to go and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour, in such a way that whosoever hears our teachings will be able to go and teach someone else the same Gospel. Therefore, spreading the Gospel of Christ, and enabling more souls to flow under Gods anointing. We are on a mission to take back what the enemy has stolen.
